1. About These Terms

Welcome to Eternal Spirit. These terms apply whenever you use our website, eternalspirit.com.au, or place an order with us, whether online or by arrangement with the shop. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms. We may update them from time to time, and changes take effect once posted here. Eternal Spirit (ABN 58 185 656 292) operates from 52 Unley Road, Unley SA 5061.

2. Your Order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We accept that offer when we confirm your order or send it on its way. Occasionally we may need to decline or cancel an order, for example where a price or stock level has been listed in error, or where we suspect a fraudulent transaction. If that ever happens to your order, we'll let you know and refund you in full, promptly.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices may change from time to time without notice, though the price you pay is always the price shown when you placed your order. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our listed payment providers.

4. Our Products

We do our best to photograph and describe every piece truthfully. Please remember, though, that crystals and other natural goods are made by the earth, not a factory: colour, pattern, shape and size vary from piece to piece, and the one that reaches you will have its own character. Unless a listing is for the exact pictured piece, photos are a faithful guide rather than the very item you'll receive.

Our crystals, and everything else we sell, are offered as spiritual and decorative goods, to be enjoyed as companions to your own practice and intention. Nothing on our website is medical advice, and our products aren't a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. If you're unwell, please see someone who can properly look after you.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including images, product descriptions and other written copy, is owned by or licensed to Eternal Spirit. The Eternal Spirit name, logo and the graphics created for this website are the copyright of Eternal Spirit and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

6. Using Our Website

You're welcome to use our website for browsing and shopping, and we ask that you don't misuse it: no unlawful purposes, no interfering with the site's operation or security, and no harvesting of content or data.

7. Liability

To the extent the law permits, Eternal Spirit isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law, and our shipping and returns policies set out how we look after you if something goes wrong with an order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and any dispute belongs to the courts of that state.
